New Oreos Flavours!

If you're a fan of Oreos you'll be pleased to find out that they've introduced two new 'wonder-filled' flavours in the UK. Peanut butter and Golden. Both flavours proved a big hit in our house, I even used the Peanut Butter flavour to make a giant caramel filled choc ice!

Oreo Chocolate Brownie Top Tip

After a few trials, I found a lot of brownie recipes were quite cakey. I was after a fudgy brownie so made a few tweaks and managed to get something I was happy with.

These are seriously rich, fudgy brownies!

The key to making these is to make sure you don't overbake the oreo brownies and leave them overnight. That's right! trust me on this, if you leave them overnight you get the best fudgy brownies that are easy to cut.

Otherwise, if you overbake them in the first place they'll be dry, but cut them too early and they go everywhere!

Good things come to those who wait.

  1. Ooh wow, these look super indulgent. I'm a bit of a brownie addict and I agree they must be fudgy and not at all cakey. I've never tried adding coconut milk to brownies before, so that's something to try.

  2. Completely agree that brownies need to be fudgy - I look forward to finding these oreos in my local supermarket - the peanut butter ones sound great
