We love to make the basic sweet version of the mix & then set the table with a variety of choices in the middle - berries, jam, honey, maple syrup, bacon, yoghurt, lemon, sugar. So many choices!
The savoury ginger & turmeric mix is a fabulous bread alternative & can be used to make a 'pancake-wich', sandwiching your favourites in the middle - avocado, cheese, tomato, ham, chicken. Again, so many choices!
My personal favourite is to top a pancake with tomato, fresh basil & lactose free cheese, then set it under the grill until the cheese is melted & golden. Delicious!
