I have been busy working on some new snacks & side dishes lately – the family was getting sick of fruit & steamed vegetables!
As both my little ones are very busy, they are also very hungry – all.the.time! It is sometimes hard to keep up & stay on the healthy path for them, when processed food is so available, easy to unwrap & they love it so. However, I am trying hard not to stray down the so-called ‘healthy’ processed food aisle & keep them well fed with snacks I make for them using fresh & wholefood ingredients.
That being said, I am also always looking for quick ways to do that, as like everyone, time is always in short supply. I have been making a variation on this recipe, but some elements were slightly more complicated & time-consuming, i.e.; created far too many dishes for my dishwasher-less kitchen!
